El D185 de estimulador autónomo utilizado en todo el mundo como una herramienta eficaz para Monitorización Intra-Operatória (IOM)
de la médula espinal. El D185 permite que los Potenciales Evocados Motores Transcraneano (PEMs) se utilizan en procedimientos quirúrgicos, como la corrección de escoliosis, resección del tumor espinal y reparo de aneurismas de la aorta toracoabdominal (AATA).
La fuente de energía de 1000V, que incluso puede ser evocado el PEM en pacientes con neuropatologías preexistentes. Las recientes mejoras en el diseño (externo) facilitan el control de las configuraciones de desencadenadores, facilitando la interfaz entre el D185 con sistemas EMG.

Now used worldwide as an effective tool for intraoperative monitoring of the spinal cord, the D185 is the ONLY standalone stimulator with FDA clearance for this application. The
D185 allows
transcranial motor evoked potentials (MEPs) to be used in surgical procedures such as scoliosis correction, spinal tumour resection and thoraco-abdominal aortic aneurysm (TAAA) repair. The 1000V power source means that MEPs can even be evoked in patients with pre-existing neuropathologies. Recent design enhancements facilitate (external) control of the trigger settings, making it easier to interface the
D185 with various EMG systems. In addition, customer feedback has prompted the inclusion of an added polarity reversal feature. |

Alternative Application: The brief high voltage output also makes
the D185 suitable for nerve root stimulation during differential
diagnosis of peripheral nerve disorders such as multifocal motor neuropathy and motor neuron disease. Please refer to the Peripheral

theatre equipment and stimulation preferences. The current range
includes electrode extension leads, stimulator output plugs, a
