The newest module for the NicoletOne product is Clinical EEG (cEEG).
Developed by one of the early pioneers in the area of Digital EEG, the
cEEG module for NicoletOne is a culmination of the experience that
VIASYS NeuroCare has gained by providing Digital EEG systems for over a
decade.

| The NicoletOne cEEG module blends functional sophistication and
flexibility in a 36 channel clinical EEG system. The Nic36 amplifier is
attached with a thin, durable, fiber-optic interface impervious to
electrical, radio and magnetic interference. |

SLEEP MODULE
|
The NicoletOne Sleep module gives you full-featured polysomnography
tools in a powerful 40 channel EEG system. Advanced analog circuitry
combined with state of the art digital signal processing ensures superb
signal quality. Innovative usability features make the NicoletOne Sleep
easy to learn, use, and saves you valuable time.

MULTI MODALITY

| A great advantage of NicoletOne Sleep is that it is 100% compatible
with NicoletOne EEG solutions and Nicolet vEEG. The combination of
NicoletOne Sleep and EEG therefore provides the ideal solution for labs
doing clinical EEG by day and Sleep studies by night sharing the same
hardware and user interface. Not only will this bring higher return on
