PCA/ICA Analysis -Principal Components Analysis and
Independent Components Analysis. A simple graphical interface allows
you to identify components of your data to be isolated or removed,
based on PCA or ICA decomposition. The PCA/ICA Analysis creates a
spatial filter that can be applied to the original data, allowing
you to focus on scalp distribution of an individual principal or
independent component. Use the Mean Global Field Power to preview
the effect of the filter and change included components as needed
desired to filtering. For ease of use, the filtering is constructed
as a toggled operation for easy reversibility. ICA analysis provides
new avenues of exploration for dipole source modeling, so this

techniques! Automatically opens Matlab and ports open data from Scan
into Matlab! Data processed in Matlab can also be imported back into
Scan. (NOTE - Matlab is not provided with the toolbox)
Microsoft Excelฎ Data Export - Easily export all or selected
channels into Excel! User definable time range and column settings
make this an easy and useful option. |
